Sliquid began as a personal lubricant company, created by CEO Dean Elliott. As they say, necessity is the mother of all invention, and Dean's wife was one of the many women out there with sensitivities to glycerin and other questionable ingredients commonly used in lubricants. So Sliquid was formulated, first as an idea, then as a reality. Formulated by sensitive women, for sensitive women became a sort of mantra for Sliquid, and the company vowed to always put the safety and comfort of their customers first, regardless of cost, and to never use sugars or petrochemicals. Today, the company boasts a product line of over 60 items, all formulated female friendly. So what makes Sliquid so different from the other personal lubricants out there? The answer is fairly simple, though many people are not aware. Sliquid is formulated entirely sugar and sugar derivative free, and with sparse amounts of only the safest preservatives, making it the cleanest, most natural lubricant on the market.

The man, the myth, the legend... no, wait, I'm thinking of someone else. We're talking about Dean Elliott, the larger than life Founder & CEO of Sliquid, LLC. Dean is what might be considered a serial entrepreneur, having been a part of what seems to be every industry imaginable since earning his liberal arts degree from NYU back in... no, we won't go there. Dean made an early start in his career, managing some of the hottest nightclubs in NYC like The Roxy, Studio 54 and later Delta House while he attended NYU. Soon after, he began working the airwaves in New York as a DJ on a popular morning radio show. From there, Dean moved on to coordinating location logistics, including security, medic & transportation for the booming reality TV industry, while at the same time becoming a successful voiceover artist for many of the coolest brands, including Volvo and WWF. Dean's latest venture takes him into the world of adult toys, as a partner in Lovehoney, LLC, the UK based e-tailer now making waves here in the US.

Colin holds the title as the first Sliquid employee, and has been with the company for over 8 years, starting when there were only 3 Sliquid formulations. Colin currently mans many positions in the Sliquid offices, from maintaining the company network and IT infrastucture, to laying out the advertising and label design for the company. In Colin's opinion, his strengths are in his CSS / HTML / Javascript web development skills, which he uses to create and maintain all of the web sites for the Sliquid family of products. He is also the in house audio engineer for CEO and voiceover artist Dean Elliott. Outside of the Sliquid compound, Colin is the owner and director of the Dallas based Poor Vida Productions, a forward thinking culture development company, where he acts as in house web and graphics designer, audio engineer, and anything else that lands on his plate. In other words, Colin is one busy guy...

Ms. Marcus is a multi-faceted broadcast professional, known affectionatly as "Glitter," and once you see her shine on the sales floor, you will never have to ask why. Michelle joins the company with over ten years of experience in Broadcast Public Relations, Client Services and Television News Producing. She has worked with both large scale & boutique clients across the US, developing "advetorial" pieces for America's most sought after consumer brands, which has allowed Glitter great successes in both sales and creative development. Okay, hounding is a little harsh, and you probably enjoy talking to the bubbly Vanessa even if she is asking for money. She is a favorite among the Sliquid staff, as she makes sure the team gets their paychecks on the first and fifteenth. Married with three children, Ms. Robinson is a first generation American, with both parents having been born and raised in merry ole' England. Sliquid, LLC is based in Texas, but from the cast of characters that keep the place afloat, you would never know it. That is, until you meet Richard. With his down south drawl and his love (obsession?) with competitive fishing, you know right away that Texas is his home. Richard is the warehouse manager for Sliquid, LLC, and is in charge of packing and shipping all of the lube that ships all over the world. He also manages the ever growing Sliquid Shop, putting together the non descript orders for individuals all over the US and Canada. Another aspect of his Warehouse Manager title is inventory management, a critical position in the demanding world of cost management. In that role he makes sure Dean and Michelle always have enough Sliquid in stock to keep things moving along smoothly, much like Sliquid does in your bedroom (or wherever else you choose to play).
